Policy Start Date

Coverage becomes effective on the policy start date (subject to payment) and ends on your return date or, at the latest, on the end date specified in your contract.

The initial policy must be purchased no later than the departure date, and any renewal must be done consecutively without interruption from the previous contract.

How to Get Reimbursed?

If your medical expenses are:

Under €500: You can submit a reimbursement request directly through the online platform.

Over €500: You must submit your claim by mail to the following address:

The reimbursement request form must be completed and accompanied by original paid invoices.

Your reimbursement request must always include:

All medical documents in your possession (prescriptions, medical reports, summaries, etc.).

All required supporting documents listed on the form.

A copy of your passport (identification page + entry stamp).
